Overall Gold Pan (Sectional Award)

In April 2019 and May 2020, the Eta Alpha Chapter was awarded the Overall Gold Pan Award by Alpha Phi Omega Section Staff. “Gold Pans recognize chapters within Section A2 for exceptional efforts, successes, and achievements during the active year. Since the first overall Gold Pan recipient in 1965 and the first recipients of the Leadership, Fellowship, and Service Gold Pans in 1990, these honor chapters in their endeavors to exemplify our fraternity’s Cardinal Principles.”

Section A-2 Bright Spot Awards - Nicole Dominguez, Spencer Saito, Julie Xu

 This is presented to individuals who have done something special on a sectional level. This award allows the section to recognize members who contribute their time to the section in their own way. These members are in a sense “Bright Spots” in our section because they show such great enthusiasm

Pledge Program Of Excellence (Diamond Level)

The Pledge Program of Excellence award is to recognize chapters whose programs of Leadership, Friendship and Service promote growth, retention and stability for the active chapter, while providing a positive, inviting and educational environment for prospective and new members. This award is designed to promote better communication between the chapter, sectional, regional and national leadership through regular and timely reporting of chapter activities.

Chapter of Excellence (Diamond Level)

The purpose of the Chapter of Excellence (COE) awards is to recognize chapters whose programs of Leadership, Friendship and Service promote growth, retention and stability for the active chapter, while providing a positive, inviting and educational environment for prospective and new members. This award is designed to promote better communication between the chapter, sectional, regional and national leadership through regular and timely reporting of chapter activities.

Youth Service Grant Winner (Fall 2019 Term)

The Youth Service Grant program provides funds for Alpha Phi Omega chapters that are seeking assistance for Spring Youth Service Day projects, which are socially positive service projects for pre-college age youth. The chapters submit applications and project ideas for review and are then selected based on the impact their projects will have on the youth in their community.

1st Place in Roll Call Competition

During Spring Sectionals, chapters create pieces (usually a mix of dance and skits) that represent the chapter's theme in the conference. Eta Alpha was awarded first place for their video representing the Bee Movie.
