One of our fraternity’s cardinal principles is leadership and it is our goal to provide a safe home and community for our brothers to learn to step up and contribute their talents and skills to the greater community. Our brothers have the opportunity to serve as chapter officers or plan and lead volunteer projects and social programs. We also have various development programs and workshops to help them establish leadership skills.
